Welcome to our Mörbischer Hofgasse!

The newly renovated holiday home is quiet, bright and is centrally located in a historic Mörbischer Hofgasse. With about 90 square meters of living space, it is ideal for 4 people.

On the ground floor is the open kitchen with a cozy living area with TV, small bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet. At the entrance there is a wardrobe and a bench with a shoe rack. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher!

On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a desk and a smaller bedroom, in between the bathroom with shower and toilet. Air conditioning and insect screens also ensure your well-being.

Our holiday home has WiFi and for cyclists we offer a bicycle garage. Electricity for e-bikers is also available.

The distance to the lake is 2.5 km, 30 minutes walking or 7 minutes by bike.

We rent from 2 nights.

Reservation Conditions

The Austrian hotel contract conditions are valid. After receiving a reservation confirmation from us and a deposit of 30% to our bank account, your accommodation is booked. The final payment must be made 1 week before arrival.

Cancellation conditions:

When making a booking or reservation, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Association of Accommodation Providers dated November 15, 2006 apply. Place of jurisdiction is Eisenstadt.

If for any reason you are unable to make use of your stay in our holiday home on Hofgasse, we will try our best to rent the house to someone else.

there are no costs for postponements
if you cancel up to 1 month before your arrival, we charge 30% of the total price (your deposit), up to 1 week before arrival 50% of the total price
if you cancel up to seven days before your arrival, 80% of the price will be charged in cancellation fees
if you cancel on the day of arrival, we will have to charge you for the entire amount.
should you have to interrupt your stay for valid reasons, we will also be forced to charge you for the full amount of your booking as the cottage cannot be let immediately

We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This will reimburse you for your cancellation costs, so that you can conveniently book our holiday home in Hofgasse at another time.
